I’m student at Des Moines Area Community College, studying for an Animation and Rich Media AAS. I plan to be a game designer or a graphic artist. As an independent animator, I have experience with art, drawing, cartoons and general design knowledge.
Since getting into The Animation and Rich Media at DMACC, I’ve learned a lot about the ‘moving picture’ industry. There’s so much more than just drawing sequential images and making characters move- creating animation is a team effort!
The life and job of an animator is often full of surprises. I am eager for a career in animation.
